Hello and welcome to my blog! My name is Ben Larcombe, I’m 30 years old, married to the lovely Katie, and I live in Tunbridge Wells.

Professionally, I still refer to myself as a table tennis coach. I’ve been playing table tennis for as long as I can remember and graduated with a degree in Coaching and Sport Science in 2011.

In 2015, my table tennis coaching hit the headlines after my YouTube video ‘Guy Plays Table Tennis Every Day for a Year’ went viral. It’s since received over 12 million views and has been featured on BBC NewsThe Huffington Post, and The Telegraph.

Nowadays, I only spend a couple of days a week actually coaching table tennis face-to-face. The rest of the time I spend working on a number of different online businesses. You can read more about them here.

I also spend one day a week in London at Cornhill (a bible training course) and serve at St John’s Church, Tunbridge Wells.

Physically, I enjoy running, playing squash, and weight training. I’m also currently ranked 34th in the UK at racketlon (a sport that literally nobody has heard of).

Intellectually, I’m very interested in non-mainstream economics. Particularly the work of Professor Steve Keen and Professor Richard Werner.
